Beeb Anywhere 2.1 released

This mainly fixes the problems caused by the BBC updating their Sport website.  The sports categories should be working again now.

Also added two new football categories:

• Football – Premier League
• Football – Championship

Unfortunately the BBC have dropped the ‘Gossip’ feeds so I’ve had to remove those categories.
